Shipping

We ship from 3 warehouses, located in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. If you reside outside the United States and your order is for a product that is not currently in stock in your local warehouse, you can have the order fulfilled from the United States and delivered to you by international courier.

We cannot ship to hostels, hotels or motels. Shipping to a home or work address is preferable.

Shipping to the United States

Your package will be shipped to you by Fedex, UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS)

You must place your order by 5pm East Coast time between Monday to Friday for next day delivery.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands incurs an additional surcharge. Tracking is available unless specified. Delivery time may be quicker than specified, but not guaranteed.

Shipping to Canada

Your package will be shipped to you from either Canada or the United States, depending on which product you order. If dispatched from Canada, your package will be shipped to you by Purolator or Canada Post. You must place your order by 12 noon Toronto, Canada time between Monday to Friday for the quickest delivery. Tracking is available unless specified.

If dispatched from United States, your package will be shipped to you by UPS. You must place your order by 4 PM East Coast time between Monday to Friday for next day delivery.

* Please note that delivery may take up to 3 business days in NB, NL, NT, PE & YT.

Shipping to Australia

Your package will be shipped to you by Australian Air Express (AAE) or Australia Post You must place your order by 4pm Melbourne Australia time between Monday to Friday for next day delivery.

* Outside the next business day delivery network, the delivery time will be 2-3 business days.

Shipping to Europe

(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden)

Your package will be shipped to you by Royal Mail.

For same day dispatch, you must place your order by 2pm London time, Monday to Friday

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Your package will be shipped to you by Royal Mail.

You must place your order by 2pm London time between Monday to Friday for next day delivery.

Shipping from United States to the Rest of the World (excluding Canada)
